City Developments have made a name for themselves over the past few years by developing some of the most prestigious projects in and around Singapore. Trust comes easily when they are the developers. Your complete entertainment package will be, literally, a stone’s throw away.
Connectivity is not a problem, since the site is very near to several major expressways like the KPE and the CTE. As far as the details of the project is concerned, it is a mid size one having 500 units. While it is big enough to have all the common facilities without charging the residents massive maintenance fees, it is not that big so that the place would seem crowded to an outsider. It belongs to that comfortable size where you would feel neighbourly and yet, have enough space to spend private life with your family.
There is much demand in the region for good residential projects. So, it would be a wise decision if you decide to book your unit early. There has been no such condo project being developed in the Upper Serangoon area till now.
